6. PRIZE: The prize consists of $10,000.00 US
Dollars (TEN THOUSAND) in Cash or £5000.00 (FIVE
THOUSAND) Pounds
Sterling. No other alternatives available.
Bigdan Records Inc. Ltd reserve the right to
substitute a prize of equal or
greater value. The prize will be sent by Post or
Special carrier decided by Bigdan Records Inc.
Ltd at that time.
7. In the case of a winner from a purchased CD
the winner will provide an original receipt for
the purchase
of the CD, otherwise that submission is not valid.
8. The winner shall provide a full and complete
indication of how they arrived at the answer and
show all of the
clues which gave the winning answer. Failure to do so will
invalidate the winners submission and shall
cause the
winners application to fail.
9. If the security of the database is
compromised in any way the contest shall be
cancelled and declared
null and void. There will be no refunds or compensation of any kind
in this circumstance. If an entry wins
the contest subsequent to the data being compromised it shall be
null and void without exception.
10. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their
surname being made publicly available. The
winners surname
will be
available for a period of 6 months after the
closing date.
11. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into
regarding either this competition or these Terms
and Conditions.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Bigdan
Records Inc. Ltd decision shall be final. Bigdan
Records Inc. Ltd reserve the
right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw
contest this competition at any time without
notice.
